SmartWay gives you the chance to lease brand new technology and appliances for an agreed term. You get to choose and use the goods you want. And you get them straight away – without the big upfront payment.

Why use SmartWay?

Leasing any kind of goods through SmartWay is quick and easy:

  • You don’t need cash up front, just choose the goods and then apply to lease them.
  • You can spread the lease payments over an agreed term – and always enjoy the latest models.
  • You can choose a term and monthly lease payment that suits your budget.
  • The leased goods are covered  in most circumstances under our FlexiCare Program if they are stolen, accidentally lost or accidentally damaged.

What can I lease on SmartWay?

Lease the latest technology and appliances – you can lease pretty much anything from a number of SmartWay retailers.

How do I lease with SmartWay?

You can apply online, over the phone or in-store. Apply online or over the phone to speed up the in-store process. The general steps to follow are:

Call us on 1300 888 779 or Apply Online. We’ll ask some employment and income questions so that we can run a quick credit check. If you're approved, we’ll give you an approval number.

How do I add a new item to my lease agreement?

You can add more goods to an existing SmartWay agreement in most circumstances*.

Contact us to go through our credit and suitability assessment. If you are approved, you can shop for the new goods. Our Customer Team will talk you through the process.

What can I do if I have any concerns or feedback?

We genuinely want to hear suggestions for improvement and be given the opportunity to resolve any situations, confusions or complaints that may arise. If your complaint is not resolved by the Customer Service Team, refer your complaint to our Customer Relations Complaints Team by calling 1300 858 608 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday or emailing CustomerRelations.Complaints@Flexigroup.com.au.

If you are unhappy with the resolution of your complaint by our Customer Relations Complaints team, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (“AFCA”) helps individuals and small business customers resolve problems and disputes with their financial service provider, and its use is free for individual customers.
