SmartWay gives you the chance to rent brand new technology and appliances for an agreed term. You get to choose and use the goods you want. And you get them straight away – without the big upfront payment.

Why use SmartWay?
Renting any kind of goods through SmartWay is quick and easy:
- You don’t need cash up front, just choose the goods and then apply to rent them.
- You can spread the rental payments over an agreed term – and always enjoy the latest models.
- You can choose a term and monthly rental payment that suits your budget.
- The rented goods are covered in most circumstances under our FlexiCare Program if they are stolen, accidentally lost or accidentally damaged.

What can I rent on SmartWay?

Do I have to go through JB Hi-Fi?
Yes. With over 170 stores across Australia, it’s easy to find a local store. Thier staff know all about how to make SmartWay work for you.
How do I rent with SmartWay?
You can apply online, over the phone or in-store. Apply online or over the phone to speed up the in-store process. The general steps to follow are:
Shop at your preferred JB Hi-Fi store with your SmartWay approval number, and select the goods you want. Sign your SmartWay rental agreement in-store, and take everything home.
How do I add a new item to my rental agreement?
You can add more goods to an existing SmartWay agreement in most circumstances*.
Contact us to go through our credit and suitability assessment. If you are approved, you can shop for the new goods. Our Customer Team will talk you through the process.
*Subject to approval. Fees, terms & conditions apply. All new rental agreements are subject to a minimum invoice value of $100.
