Existing customers
On or before 30 June 2022, all existing Smartway agreements were closed or terminated. Therefore, Smartway no longer holds or maintains any agreements with this finance option. Please contact us on 1300 888 779 if you cannot locate your termination notice.

Flexicare Program
Access to the Flexicare Program was removed once all existing Smartway agreements were closed or terminate.

End of Term Options
All existing Smartway agreements were terminated. This means any unpaid monthly rental payments that may have remained were waived and ownership of the goods were transferred to existing customers. No other end of term options remain. Please contact the Smartway contact center on 1300 888 779 to discuss any concerns you may have.
